A native of Nebraska, Kristen joined the foundation in 2021 after spending 10 years working for the Nebraska Extension. She holds a bachelor’s degree in dietetics and a master’s in community nutrition and health promotion, both from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Her work focuses on raising support for the Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources. Kristen values the positive impact the university has on all Nebraskans and enjoys hearing people’s stories and connecting them to the university and its mission.
